No Results After Aesthetic Treatment? It Might Be the Order of Your Procedures

Gangnam Choice Clinic has laid out a sequencing logic for aesthetic procedures: build the framework first, then refine. From the foundation of the fascia layer and bone, to filling the muscles and volume, to repairing skin quality in the dermis, and finally to treating dead skin and pigmentation in the epidermis — each of the four layers has its own corresponding procedures.

No results after aesthetic treatment — it might be the order of your procedures. When Gangnam Choice Clinic mapped out procedure combinations, it broke the order into four layers: build the framework first, then refine.

How is the procedure order arranged?

The order runs from deep to shallow: deal with the supporting structure first, then volume, and finally the skin surface.

  • Foundation: fascia layer and bone, corresponding to 300 shots of HIFU ultrasound
  • Filling: muscles and volume, corresponding to 1 area of Korean-made botox and 2cc of Juvelook
  • Skin quality: dermis repair, corresponding to Potenza gold microneedling and 2cc of Rejuran Black Box
  • Epidermis: dead skin and pigmentation, corresponding to Pico toning and Aqua Peel

Why build the framework first and refine after?

Because if the framework isn't standing, whatever you add later tends to get covered up. When arranging procedures, our clinic uses this layer order to judge which step comes first and which comes later.
